This website introduces Acuity, provides articles and guides, and lets you make inquiries and license requests. It is intended for business use. Paid services are subject to a separate customer agreement.
Responsible use and public material
Use the website and forms for their stated purposes. Provide accurate information that you are entitled to share. Do not impersonate others, send abusive or deceptive submissions, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, evade security controls or disrupt the service. Ordinary search indexing, accessibility tools and lawful uses are not prohibited.
Please do not send sensitive personal information, participant responses or confidential customer evidence through public forms. Our Privacy Notice explains how we use the details you provide.
Our articles, guides and other resources are provided for general information. They are not an assessment of your business or advice tailored to your circumstances. Examples and estimates are illustrative, not predictions of your results. Use your own judgment and obtain appropriate advice before making business decisions. We do not guarantee particular business outcomes.
We take reasonable care with the website’s content, but it may not always be complete or up to date. We may update or correct it from time to time.
Content permissions
Content and licensed material remain the property of their respective rights holders. For material in which we hold the necessary rights, you may read, save and print copies for your own business use and share unaltered copies internally for discussion. Keep credits, sources and copyright notices intact. This does not permit external redistribution, resale, rebranding or incorporation into your own product or service.
Resource-specific license terms and third-party rights continue to apply. We cannot grant another person’s rights. You may link to public pages without suggesting a false endorsement or affiliation. Lawful quotation, accessibility uses and other rights provided by law are preserved. Ask contact@acuitysystems.io for permission beyond an existing license or legal entitlement.
Inquiries, guides and order requests
An inquiry asks us to respond; a guide request asks for that resource. Neither automatically subscribes you to marketing. Any signup is separate and optional.
Submitting an order request is not a purchase or an accepted order. It does not take payment, reserve capacity or activate a license. An automated receipt confirms receipt only. We review the request and confirm scope, price, currency, tax treatment, timing and customer terms separately.
Any purchase requires a separate customer agreement signed by both parties. That agreement sets out the service, price, start date and other commercial terms. Prices and any applicable taxes are confirmed before an order is accepted.
These website terms do not replace or amend a customer agreement.
Availability, external services and liability
We cannot guarantee that the website will always be available. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we do not control their content.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
The terms for any paid Acuity service, including responsibility for that service, are set out in the separate customer agreement.
Changes and governing law
Revisions show an effective date and material changes are highlighted appropriately. Revised terms apply to future website use; they do not retrospectively amend a separate customer contract or withdraw an existing resource permission contrary to its terms.
These terms and related non-contractual disputes are governed by the law of England and Wales. For business users, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring proceedings elsewhere, where applicable, are not removed.
