Scope and choices
Effective Edge Group Ltd, trading as Acuity, uses the technologies below to deliver the website, operate forms, remember choices, protect against abuse and measure use. Cookies and local/session storage are browser technologies; server processing and supplier retention are separate.
The HubSpot banner allows you to accept or reject optional cookies, or save category choices. Use Cookie settings in the website footer to reopen it. To withdraw analytics permission, reject optional cookies or switch the analytics category off and save. Optional HubSpot tracking is disabled until that permission exists and after it is withdrawn. Necessary delivery, security and preference functions remain available. Email marketing consent is a different choice.

__cf_bm: Cloudflare on HubSpot-related service domains; protection against automated abuse. Approximately 30 minutes; can remain active independently of optional analytics.
rc::a / rc::c: Google reCAPTCHA in embedded forms; anti-abuse tokens in local/session storage. Local storage has no browser-managed expiry; session storage lasts for the tab session. Form security remains active when optional analytics is refused.
HubSpot analytics sends page-view and interaction requests to its EU tracking service when analytics is allowed. Withdrawal removes the optional HubSpot cookies and stops future tracking that depends on permission; it does not retrospectively erase information already received lawfully. Browser clearing, a different device or a different browser may require another choice.
Framer, our website host, also provides basic website statistics so we can understand page use and improve the site. Framer describes this service as using no analytics cookies or persistent visitor identifiers: it uses IP address and browser information with a daily-changing secret to calculate daily visitor counts. These requests, including events.framer.com/anonymous, are separate from optional HubSpot analytics and continue when HubSpot analytics is refused. The HubSpot cookie controls do not switch them off. No Framer cookie or local/session-storage entry was observed on the six form/consent routes checked. Daily identifier rotation does not mean all hosting logs or server records are deleted daily. Google reCAPTCHA receives technical information needed to deliver and assess spam protection. Browser duration is not the same as Google or another supplier’s server-retention period. You can email contact@acuitysystems.io instead of using a form. You can remove local storage through your browser controls; doing so may reset preferences or affect a feature.
The current inventory is based on checks of the home, inquiry, guide request, guide library/subscription, order and cookie routes on September 11, 2026. No third-party video player loaded on those six routes. We update this information and apply any required controls before adding different embedded services or purposes.
