01 · We review your request
We review your selected license and request details, then contact you by email. Receipt of your request is not acceptance of an order.
02 · You review and sign
We confirm the scope, price, applicable taxes and start details in a separate customer agreement for you to review and sign.
03 · We countersign and confirm
Acuity countersigns the agreement and both parties receive a completed copy. We then arrange access in line with the agreed start details.
